You are at that age where you start to notice that your body is a living breathing life form and stuff you never paid attention to as a child are suddenly right there. If you are wondering if something hurts, it doesn't. In your case however, pain in your teeth, nasal congestion, and frontal sinus pressure equals a sinusitis. If just viral, it will pass. If it gets worse, you may need antibiotics.

A month is a long time for an infection, especially viral, to go unresolved. Symptoms seem to indicate sinus infection rather that joint derangement. See your GP or a specialist ENT for examination and possible imaging/lab tests. If you get medical clearance, then see your Dentist as you may have tooth/teeth infection.
