Needs evaluation: That constellation of symptoms doesn't trigger an obvious syndrome - Likely caused by whatever is causing the post nasal drip. Could be allergies. Sometimes migraine sufferers have olfactory aura - smelling something that isn't there as part of their migraine symptoms.
