Facial twitching/TMJ: TMJ can cause ocular pressure/ discomfort. Twitching is less described Would check for Lyme , herpes especially if you have cold sores, rarely vascular of CNS in a young person and discuss MS. TMJ: TMJ can cause pain or pressure in the forehead, around the eyes and near the ears. However numbness is or typical with TMJ disorders. Have this evaluated by your primary care, or a neurologist.
