This isn't tapeworm. If not something you ate, then pinworm is the most likely parasite. Pinworm is common and not too dangerous if treated. It usually causes itching around the anus because that's where they lay their eggs. It's more likely if you have a child but can occur in anyone and everyone in the house should be treated. Your doc can prescribe several treatments or Pyrantel pamoate is OTC.

If suspecting you are having parasites in your stool best would be to confirm it through a stool sample that can get checked for ova and parasites. Senna is a laxative and will not kill parasites. Your general practitioner is your best resource to coordinate in proper context.

If you have not travelled outside the USA, you do not have tapeworm. You doctor can get a stool examination to allay your concerns. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
