Why do my joints hurt when i take antibiotics and synthroid (thyroxine)?

Could be : You could have reactive arthritis which can caused by certain infections. Certain antibiotics can cause problems with tendons. Your thyroid may be underactive as well. See your doctor for an evaluation to determine what is going on.
