Need evaluation: Your symptoms are not consistent. If you have lack of appetite, you should be eating less and losing weight, not gaining. Your TSH level is normal though in the upper range of normal. Although you could take a slightly higher dose of synthroid (thyroxine) to correct this, it will likely not change your symptoms. The joint symptoms and pain should be evaluated by your doctor.

You need a medical e: A medical exam is what you need. Please go see your primary care doctor and let him/her examine you and find out what is wrong. At your age there is high risk of serious medical ailments which can cause bone pains. Only an examination and check of blood tests and x-ray check ups can help to make a correct diagnosis.
