There are no known drug-drug interactions between cephalexin and synthroid. Drug specific side effects still apply and should be clarified with your prescriber/pharmacist.

You trust your Dentist/Oral Surgeon to do surgery but not to prescribe the correct medication? Did you ask your Surgeon this question. After all, s(he) is responsible for your post-surgical care. To my knowledge there is no adverse interaction between the two medications.
