Are you asking what is causing this problem or how to fix it? Cause could be allergies or infection or occasionally physical anomaly resulting in clogged tube. See your primary care physician for further evaluation or consider a visit to an allergist or ENT (ear/nose/throat doctor) if your symptoms persist.
