Asymmetric clavicles are not unusual. If there are no symptoms or signs of a growth there most likely is no pathology. If you still have concerns, have a physician examine yoj.

Agree that without symptoms, it may be your normal, or different if healed from a trauma in the past. If it feels different, or is changing shape, or its something other than the clavicle, it can be evaluated.
