What can i take or do for stomach inflamation? i have a bad gastritis flare up. advil? herbs? ( antacids and reglan (metoclopramide) arent helping much)

Tylenol (acetaminophen): extra strenght. Can take upto 3000mg in divided doses a day.Consider Omeprazole and treatment for H pylori if positive. Avoid NSAIDs
