If the immune system clears the virus after the body is infected with high risk hpv virus and develops an immune memory,can the immune memory be lost after about30 years?(if the virus,which has been dormant for about30 years,can it will spread again?

Good question. It was thought that immunity against HPV prevented new infections with the same virus type for a long time, perhaps for life. More recently, new infections with the same type are known to occur -- although it is often difficult to distinguish new infection from reactivation of an old one. Certainly long delayed reactivation sometimes occurs, but as late as 30 yr may be rare.
