Multiple possibilities as to why you have discomfort. However no mater the cause, the course of treatment will be the same. Return to your Dentist for reevaluation and appropriate adjustment.

Not sure if you have the terms correct, so it’s hard to answer. I’m assuming you were find after the Impkant was placed and your problem developed after screw retained crown was placed. It could be tight contacts between teeth, bite adjustment or excess pressure on tissue. Or implant may not be fully integrated. A trip to your dentist is warranted
