Yes, but...: It's your mouth and you can wait as long as you like. But if your dentist recommends taking them out right away it may be due to no space. If that's the case, when it tries to come in it could make your other teeth crooked. Trust your dentists advice!

No way to know: That's up to you and the tooth. Even if we were able to see you clinically along with the x-rays, there is no way of knowing what the next month will bring. If something prevents you from getting the tooth taken out sooner, it will be your choice as to which is more important. We dentists wish we had crystal balls, but we don't. It would make these decisions much easier for everyone. Good luck!

Yes, and No. : Your teeth may be coming in "straight" in your x-ray, but that may not be the case for your jaw bone. Although a month or two is not very long in dental disease time, I have seen people disappear from the dental office for years when they swore that they would return the following week. There are many other items that need to be considered at this time as well. The lower nerve is one.
