Ibuprofen isnt working for my pain..what do i do?

Any medication used for pain relief, if not effective, is a reason to be examined/evaluated by a physician. See your primary care physician, who can refer to a particular specialist for expert care if necessary.

Let your treating doc know. Pain is an important symptom and work up may be needed in order to understand its roots. Mean time pain meds can be escalated if needed.
