Ive had a on and off ache/ heavy feeling in my left testicle for 2-4 weeks and when you feel it it feels like there are worms or noodles that run from the top of the left one to the bottom of it. it feels like the veins in left are bigger than right?

You might have a varicocele which is dilatation of the veins of the spermatic cord. It can be easily corrected by a Urologist by relatively minor surgery. In the mean time wear a supporting brief which will relieve your symptoms
