I have a apple seed sized lump on the left side of my left testicle, it has gotten allot smaller over the past month aswell. ive read that it's also considered to be non cancerous if its outside of the testicle. how can if its in or out of my testi??

The lump outside the testicle (paratesticular) can be malignant as well (30%). Whatever you have if it gets smaller you should be fine. It is not easy to tell you by words how to differentiate the lump outside or inside the testicle; sometimes we have to rely on ultrasound to make sure.
