Wearing glasses does not worsen your vision. But be aware, your vision can and likely will change through the years. Regular eye checkups and vision testing is a part of good healthcare.

Wearing glasses will not worsen your vision. Your refractive error may change with time. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

You don't have to wear your glasses for reading, computer, or any near work. Glasses should not worsen your vision unless they are prescribed with too much minus power. Make sure to take a break from near tasks every 20 minutes or so and look off into the distance for about a minute in order to help prevent becoming more nearsighted.
