Little or no risk. And this probably happens far more often than you know. Around half of all people have oral herpes, and many or most don't know it. Those with known herpes are a small minority, and any risk is even lower without a visible outbreak. So this may happen to you all the time. Avoid sharing with people with visible outbreaks, otherwise this is nothing to worry about.
