I received my first dose of pfizer yesterday and i was put on keflex antibiotic today . i forgot to mention it to them . can i take it ? is there anything i shouldnt take ?

The vaccines work through a different body system unaffected by antibiotics. I find there no reason for you to alter you normal lifestyle or medicine use after this vaccine or the second dose when you get it.
