Not that bad: but this isn't the most commonly sued one to use whch would be macrodantin (nitrofurantoin). Certainly yeast infections commonly occur in this context. You'd also wonder about getting resistant organisms. There are some risks. They are not common and even lower with ONE a day of a 3-4 times a day medication (it doesn't stay in you long.. it goes out in the urine).
