Increased alt, ast , and iron level with enlarged lymphnodes around clavicle bone. any ideas?

Increased "ALT/AST levels" indicate liver involvement, such as hepatitis, and enlarged lymph nodes usually indicate a viral infection or blood disease. See an infectious disease specialist for a complete workup.
