It's difficult to give you a correct advice with this limited info. In general, a young healthy teenager should have a normal EKG. and it should be read as: normal sinus rhythm, normal 12 lead EKG.

This is a frequently used and vague label which is difficult to interpret. Sometimes it is encountered in a computer read ECG. "Repolarization abnormalities" refer to the ST segment and the T waves and may be "normal" in some ECG leads and in some racial and ethnic groups. At your age, it is probably not abnormal, but for reassurance I would have a cardiologist look at the ECG. Good luck.
