My first cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer at 30 ( fathers side ) does this higher my risk of getting it as she got it so young ? no other known cancer in family?

I do not think you have to worry that much. First, she is not a first degree relative; second, not all breast cancer at young age can be hereditary. Because your cousin had had breast cancer at a very young age so I hope her oncologist did genetic study for this case so you probably need more info about that as well as medical history of all first degree relatives in your cousin's family.
