I have headache that come and go. when i was in the airplane in flight, i had a severe right side headache, it subsided after couple hours. my headache usually have right eye pain, optometrist said eye is fine. can this be a tumor? cancer?

Tumor, cancer very unlikely. Sinus congestion, especially ethmoid sinus, far more likely. May respond to a decongestant.
