Many causes for headaches, but suspicion for migraine if repetitive and on occasion one-sided. This may well require a neurologist to address, and successful headache management is readily accessible. Fluctuating headaches which change location are most likely migraine and, almost always not a sign of cancer.

Probably not but I recommend that you discuss this with your primary care physician. If it persists or becomes more frequent and severe, a brain MRI with contrast may be indicated or a referral to a Neurologist.
