The antibiotic for sinus infection may or not help depending on what is causing the discharge. The discharge may just be due to inflammation rather than infection. If the discharge is not foul smelling and it is diminishing it may be nothing to be concerned about. The unfortunate thing, if it is due to candida the antibiotic may actually make it worse.
