Wobbly: While there are many causes for your legs to feel weak or wobbly this may be related to deconditioning, if you have in fact been in bed for a month. I recommend that you look into a physical therapy program to get your strength back and have assistance when getting in bed so you don't fall and harm yourself.

Why in the Bed???: We need to know the reason for you to be in the bed for a month? If it is due to weakness or being wobbly, you need a medical examination to find the cause? It could be something wrong in your neurological system or in the muscles or plane weakness due to anemia. To sort it all out you need a visit with your doctor for a physical exam and some simple blood tests like a cbc. Go see a doctor asap!
