Yes. There is no contraindication to use of both Lisinopril and Vasoprin which I believe is Aspirin

Please confirm that the drug you have is aspirin or acetyl salicylic acid because there are several different medications that have a similar name (like Vasodrin and Vasopirine). If it is aspirin, there isn’t any significant evidence to suggest that these medications affect one another, so they may be taken together.
