So my primary care doctor wants to go over my lumbar spine mri and i want to know did they find something because my brain mri and my upper back mri was normal and they didnt call why?

Have no clue why your doctor wishes to communicate with you, but would assume some problem was uncovered in the imaging. Since we cannot guess what was found, why not contact your doctor and discuss the results.
