You are only 24 years old so likely you ask this question for somebody else, is it correct? What is the indication for cardiac MRI? We need the age, gender, smoking history and comorbidities to decide if further testing is required such as cardiac nuclear scan or coronary angiogram. In general, a mild basal hypokinesis usually does not affect ejection fraction.

Since the ejection fraction of the left ventricle is normal, this means the ventricle is functioning normally. A small area of the ventricle is moving slowly but since the overall function is normal, this slower moving area is not affecting the heart function, hence the unclear significance. Your doctor will need to decide on treatment, if any, based on symptoms and the reason the test was done.

I agree that we need to know if you've had any cardiac symptoms or why you had a cardiac echo and MRI. Your studies don't seem to indicate a significant cardiomyopathy. If you're worried about coronary artery disease causing an old inferior wall infarction, have a maximal nuclear treadmill stress test to rule out significant coronary artery blockages.
