All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is not meaningfully different from a normal result. Wish you good health!

taking Advil for 3 days will not cause your urine finding. A borderline abnormality requires a repeat exam to make sure the first results were accurate before embarking on other tests
