No: No studies that I am aware of conclude that Vitamin C is effective against Covid19 infection. Likewise with lemons/hot water.

COVID 19: There are on-going clinical trials about how high -dose Vitamin C can help to prevent or treat COVID 19. However, at this time, there is not evidence that Vitamin C prevents or treates COVID 19.
