I saw that there was a recall for moderna's covid vaccine in japan because they were contaminated with steel particles. are the covid vaccines in the usa contaminated as well? should i reschedule my 2nd dose this week?!!! i am so worried?

There is no recall in US. Get your second dose, as scheduled. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
