I have anemia, high RDW, low hemoglobin and hematocrit, low MCHC, slightly elevated platelets, and small red spots popping up on skin along with abdominal pain, lymph node swelling, & abnormally heavy menstruation. What could be wrong?

Diagnosed with anemia. I take 65mg iron twice a day. Hemoglobin is now normal but RDW is 20.3 and RBC in urine is 3-5 (high)?
