I have a pinhead lump on the side of my testicle. how can i tell if the lump is on the inside of my testicle or on the outside of it? i suspect it's tunica since i can feel it on the outer surface. but if its on the surface does that mean its outside?

testis has a tunica albuginea and over that it is surrounded by tunica vaginalis, The tiny lump you feel is probably on the outside part of albuginea. Most of these are benign. To clear any further doubts you will have to see a Urologist
