Is a 4 ply surgical mask enough protection against the delta? also, is kn95 good masks or just a cheap version of n95? i'm moving tomorrow and people is gonna be helping. i want to protect myself as much as i can. i'm vaccinated but not yet my kids?

The 95 masks are better, but the surgical mask is also quite good. Use social distancing, wash hands and disinfect surfaces.

Agree with Dr. Dosanjh. Additionally, request that everyone helping is fully vaccinated. Have your kids distanced, outdoors if possible, and masked. Make sure everyone is wearing their mask properly.
