That cream is used for allergic rash +/- fungal infection, not for the a clean cut wound. You just have to keep the wound clean and dry, take Ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 2 as needed for pain. If the wound looks infected, after cleaning with mild soap or hydrogen peroxide, you can apply antibiotic ointment.
