What would be the goal of rubbing ice on face if the outcome may be undesirable? Best would be to talk about your goals with your pediatrician at your annual visit. Use caution when hearing or seeing on Internet unusual things.

Rubbing ice on your face will not do any good or any harm. There is no medical reason to engage in this practice. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
