Gas can be seen throughout the bowel in studies that are normal, the pattern that we are mostly worried about is obstructive, which was not the one seen in your case.

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, non-obstrive pattern is a normal pattern. Wish you good health!
