That is possible, though not common. Viral load is a major factor but genotype plays a role as well. If HIV positive having good care and monitoring is critical . Medications have turned HIV into along term chronic disease . https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2724944/

Agree with Dr. Gilksman. HIV is a treatable illness, not curable, but treatable enough for a person to have normal life span. See a doctor at your earliest and start HIV treatment.
