Having issues with indigestion and off smelling stools for a little over a month. had an h pylori blood test, lgg and lgm negative but lga positive with high neutrophils as well. what could that mean? also i am a type 1 diabetic?

You GI issues may be a complication of diabetes due to autonomic neuropathy. It would be prudent to consult a GI specialist to rule out disorder of gastric motility. Wish you good health!
