Notify your prescribing physician that the fioricet isn't helping. You may be referred to a neurologist for detailed evaluation of your headaches and treatment. Appropriate testing & medication will be ordered.

Fioricet does not always help and due to habituation and tolerance risks, may in the end be deleterious. Best to find out why you are having headaches, such as if these are actually migraine. If so, preventative medications are available, and a neurologist can assist greatly. Talk to your doctor about referral.
