A member asked:

This is a conceptual issue that i need to be clear about. a person can be treated for reversible causes if the person is not terminal. but does it make sense to say that a person can be "treated for reversible causes" if the person is terminal?

Yes, a terminal person can still be treated for reversible causes, such as infections, if they are causing significant symptoms. They remain terminal due to their main condition otherwise.
