A member asked:

Sometimes when i lie on my back or sit my right testicle rotates 90 degrees outwards. there's no pain and it usually turns back when i rise up but it freaks me out. is it normal or a sign of bellclapper deformity?

You should have it checked by a urologist.

Testicles are mobile things in the scrotum . As long as you have no pain and it returns to normal position do not worry you will be fine. A scrotal support or briefs will also help. Ignore the fancy medical terms.
