It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you had a tick bite it would be prudent to see a doctor for prophylactic antibiotics. It could be ringworm, in which case, it should respond to over the counter antifungal cream. If there's any skin lesion that hasn't cleared and looks very different from anything else on your skin, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for diagnosis and advice, This will also give you peace of mind.
