See a dermatologist: You assume they are "bites" without any evidence. You can be absolutely sure the have nothing to do with any spiders. It is probably something else. A skin DR will help you. Exposed to any animals? Any other people have them? How long? Itch? Meanwhile you can try OTC hydrocortisone cream.
