Interesting.: Actually milk probably doesn't make your bones stronger if you have adequate calcium intake. Now that many people take calcium supplements dietary calcium is less important. Excess calcium will simply be excreted in your urine and stool. If you have inadequate intake then milk will indeed provide calcium that makes your bones stronger.
