Not true: We are mammals. Our babies drink animal milk, preferably from their mothers (who, like all of us, are animals). If drinking milk depletes our bone calcium, our babies would not survive very long, and we humans would have gone extinct long ago. (When looking at non-dairy "milks", be sure to read the labels and compare with dairy milks, to know what the differences in protein, fat, and sugar are.)
