Accurate: If you have not had a period for 6 months and you have pcos, then the problem is that you are not ovulating. A test at 22 days after intercourse should accurately reflect if you are pregnant or not. If the test is negative, then talk with your doctor about ways to induce ovulation as well as metformin.
