PCOS ?'s : True "PCOS" usually occurs with no or very infrequent ovulation. Bleeding after long intervals with PCOS can occur, but is usually caused by estrogen withdrawal bleeding, not post ovulatory "normal" menstruation. See your gyn physician, and ask about low dose oral bcps, the treatment of choice for PCOS patients. This will prevent later adverse uterine effects from PCOS.
